Refund and Return Policy

 Refund and Return Policy, designed to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.  Eligibility for Returns Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

 Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

 Returns due to personal reasons ("change of mind," "wrong size," etc.) are not accepted.

 Please carefully review our product descriptions before purchasing.

Personalized, discounted, or digital products are non-refundable.

 How to Initiate a Return If your item is damaged, incorrect, or if you wish to return it due to personal reasons within the allowed timeframe, please contact us at maevira@maevirastore.com and provide: Your name and order number Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable) A brief description of the defect or reason for return

Once we review your request, we will respond within 48 hours with further instructions. 

Return Shipping Costs If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. 

For returns due to personal reasons ("change of mind," "wrong size," etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

 If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

  Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: Personalized or custom-made products 

Digital products or downloadable content Hygiene products, underwear, or swimwear (for health and safety reasons) 

 Items purchased on sale or during promotions International Orders & Customs Fees

International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. 

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
